Cityland staff training at Worldsoft

From December 12, 2017 to December 21, 2017, Cityland leaders and employees attended training CRM using software at Worldsoft.

The use of CRM software will help ensure that customer management to be more efficient. That directly affects the daily work, as well as improve the quality and performance of each department. The using of information technology to customer management is an important requirement for computerization of office administration. This helps improve the efficiency of data management and exploitation, which makes the data retrieval more quickly and responsive to the needs of enterprises. For unknown issues, the participants asked questions and contributed ideas to improve the software that will meet the requirements of the department.
